By registerng with us, you are in no way under any form of contract, requirement or obligation to us. However we do have obligations to the school who you register under should you partake in our program and fundraiser on their behalf. Please read our Privacy Policy and other policies listed there.

We will never give or sell your information to any other company - we take privacy matters very seriously. We do not collect home addresses or phone numbers from students or parents registering with us. You will be propted for a shipping address after Reward Prizes are earned and spent. This information will be purged from our system once the item is shipped and confirmed as delivered.

We do not accept registration from anyone under the age of 13. We require any minor who register on our site to include their parent's email address and we notify the parent of the registration. Please review our policy with reference to the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act.
